Terms of Service

Last updated: May 31, 2026

Draft — pending legal review. This is a plain-language starting point, not legal advice. It will be reviewed by counsel before launch.

Acceptance

StreamCanon is operated by Geez Tech LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (“StreamCanon”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using StreamCanon, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What StreamCanon does

StreamCanon helps you track sponsor obligations, log deliveries, and generate delivery reports you can share with brands. Features and availability may change as we develop the product.

Your account

You sign in through Twitch or Google. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure — including your overlay URL, which exposes your overlay to anyone who has it.

Acceptable use

  • Only upload contracts and content you have the right to upload and process.
  • Follow the terms of the platforms you connect (for example, Twitch and Google).
  • Don't misuse the service — no attempts to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it or other users' data.

Your content

You own the contracts and data you add to StreamCanon. You grant us the permission needed to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you (including sending contract text to our extraction provider, as described in the Privacy Policy).

Accuracy of reports

Today, delivery data is logged by you. Reports reflect what you record in StreamCanon; we don't independently verify each delivery until automated stream capture is available. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you log and what you share with sponsors. The “Verified by StreamCanon” mark indicates data was tracked through StreamCanon, not that a third party audited it.

Service provided “as is”

StreamCanon is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every requirement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, StreamCanon isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can stop using StreamCanon at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in Michigan, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll update the “last updated” date and, for material changes, give notice in the app.
